I visited thesite which was taking about identity theft, in which people steal other people’s personal information to use it for illegal purposes. They use a new scheme called “phishing”. They trick people by pretending to be someone but they’re not. They do it to get their personal information like social security numbers, PIN numbers, and other personal information. This site also shows us the ways that they use to steal the personal information.

In my opinion this site is very helpful. That because it helps the people to know the ways that they could lose their personal information.

“Snow Falling on Cedars” by David Guterson is the name of an interesting book. The title of the book comes from a heavy snowstorm that causes a delay in Kabuo's trial and burdens the islanders. The fictional island of San Piedro is heavily forested with cedar trees. In the midst of the cedar forests, a fallen cedar tree was a special place between Hatsue and Ishmael when both were children. And other exciting events happen in the book. It has also a lot of interesting characters.

My favorite character is Ishmael. Ishmael Chamber of San Piedro. He has one hand because he lost his hand in the war. He feels bad because of his lack of trust.However has a good relationship with Hatsue. He met her when he was 14 years old.

Crime happened in Carbondale

I visited the site wich was talking about the crime which happened in carbondale. A man was shot and killed by the police. the man was only 22 yars old. he was shot and killed on Monday in Carbondale when he stabbed another man. when the police orderd him to drop the knife, he didn't drop it, then the police shot him and he died.


In my opinion the police did a good job, because the police ordered him to drop the knife and he did not drop it, then the police shot him.

Crime in Rural Areas During The Depression

I visited the site which talks about the crime in rural areas during the depression. At that time, the crime came in many different ways across the country. Many people didn’t have mony or food so that causd them to do crimes and violence. Most of rural america saw many minor thefts and crime like stealing watermelons, overturning outhouses and illegal fishing techniques.

In my opinion needing an income is the most important motive that make the people do crimes. Getting ajob is the most important way to prevent people from doing crime. The crime is the most dangerous thing that make the worry people today. We must find ways to reduce crime, like don’t allow to the young people to buy a gun, use good security device technology and give high punishment to the people who do crime.
